File a Complaint

3. Information to Include
When submitting your complaint, please provide the following details (to help us investigate quickly):
- Your full name and contact details (email/phone).
- A clear description of your complaint.
- Relevant dates, documents, or communications related to the issue.
- The desired outcome or resolution you are seeking.
4. Our Response Procedure
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 business days.
- Investigation: Our team, led by the Data Protection Officer, will review and investigate your complaint.
- Resolution: We aim to provide a written response within 30 days. If additional time is needed, we will inform you.
- Escalation:
- EU Residents: If unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Supervisory Authority in your country.
- California Consumers: You may escalate to the California Attorney Generalβs Office if your CCPA rights are affected.
